Amanda Ashworth, World Schooling Hub, Goa
I am delighted to write this recommendation for Harshita, whose expertise, vision, and dedication were instrumental in bringing the Worldschooling Hub Goa to life. As our lead permaculturist, Harshita took on the ambitious task of designing and implementing a sustainable landscape for our 3-acre property. Her work transformed a blank canvas into a thriving ecosystem, including the planting of over 4,000 plants within just six weeks. This monumental achievement was executed with exceptional skill, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to sustainability. From the outset, Harshita demonstrated an extraordinary ability to blend her deep understanding of permaculture principles with the unique needs of our project. Her design integrated aesthetics, biodiversity, and functionality, ensuring that every aspect of the property was thoughtfully planned to create harmony between nature and human activity. She approached every decision with careful consideration, prioritizing indigenous plants and sustainable techniques that not only enhanced the environment but also aligned perfectly with our values.Working under tight deadlines and a constrained budget, Harshita consistently exceeded expectations. Her organizational and project management skills were exceptional, allowing her to coordinate resources, teams, and vendors efficiently. Despite the challenges inherent in such a large-scale project, she navigated every obstacle with a calm and solutions-oriented approach. Whether it was addressing unforeseen weather conditions or sourcing materials creatively within budget constraints, Harshita’s ability to adapt ensured that the project remained on track without compromising on quality.
Beyond her technical expertise, Harshita brought a remarkable level of passion and dedication to her work. Her enthusiasm was infectious and inspired everyone involved in the project. She fostered a collaborative and positive environment, working seamlessly with our team and earning the respect and admiration of everyone she engaged with. The legacy of Harshita’s work is already evident in the flourishing landscape she created. Her thoughtful design has set the foundation for an environment that supports learning, connection, and growth for our community. The Worldschooling Hub Goa is not just a space—it is a vibrant ecosystem that reflects Harshita’s vision and expertise. Even after the completion of her on-site work, Harshita has continued to support us from afar, offering valuable guidance and insights as the ecosystem evolves. Her ongoing commitment and genuine care for the spaces she creates underscore her professionalism and passion for her craft.
Harshita is truly a rare talent, combining technical mastery with a deep love for sustainability and community-building. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has left an indelible mark on our project.

Harshita’s expertise and warm, approachable nature made working with her an absolute delight. She understands clients’ unique requirements and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. What impressed me the most about Harshita was her availability and responsiveness. She promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had throughout the project, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
In addition to teaching about permaculture principles, Harshita goes the extra mile by engaging in hands-on demonstrations in the field. This practical approach enhances understanding and allows clients to witness the concepts in action. Her dedication to providing a comprehensive learning experience sets her apart as a permaculture consultant. Her positive mindset and adaptability were evident as she embraced the project, working in any conditions. Harshitha’s commitment to meeting deadlines and understanding client needs make her an ideal choice for any permaculture project.
